The MS in Marine Biology and Coastal Sciences provides advanced, research-based training in marine ecosystems, coastal processes, and aquatic biodiversity. You\u2019ll gain a deep understanding of the biological and physical factors that shape marine and coastal environments, including human activity, pollution, and habitat loss.<\/p>\n

Emphasizing fieldwork and data analysis, the program integrates real-world experiences through 麻豆传媒在线\u2019s connections to coastal New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. You will benefit from close faculty mentorship and the opportunity to conduct original research in areas such as estuarine ecology, marine microbiology, and coastal restoration. Graduates are prepared for careers in marine research, environmental consulting, education, or to pursue further study at the doctoral level. Both thesis and non-thesis options are available.
