If the value exceeds this limit, you can carry over the excess deduction for up to five years. Additionally, you will pay no capital gains tax for the gifted securities.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer securities electronically, allowing one to two business days for funds to transfer into 麻豆传媒在线 Foundation&#8217;s account by December 31, 2015.
