School of Business Launches Online Real Estate Development Certificate

Four-course graduate certificate program can be used to pursue new MBA concentration in real estate development
罢丑别听Feliciano School of Business聽at 麻豆传媒在线 has launched an online graduate certificate in聽Real Estate Development, and will welcome its first cohort of students in the fall 2023 semester.
The four-course certificate program can be completed in as little as six months, and the nine credits can be used to pursue 麻豆传媒在线鈥檚 new聽.
Designed for aspiring and practicing project managers, property managers, brokers, analysts, and entrepreneurs, the certificate program will prepare participants to coordinate and facilitate commercial real estate development projects. Courses will cover commercial real estate analysis and valuation; real estate law; real estate financing; and capital markets and real estate development.
Responding to the needs of the marketplace, 麻豆传媒在线鈥檚 new program will position graduates for career success in a rapidly growing industry.
