Throughout the summer of 2022, Dr. Maughn Gregory<\/a>, Professor in the Educational Foundations department<\/a> and the director of the Institute for the Advancement of Philosophy for Children (IAPC)<\/a> presented research at multiple academic conferences.<\/p>\n

Recently, Dr. Gregory published an article<\/a> in Policy Futures in Education<\/em> and was elected to the Board of Directors of the John Dewey Society. Under his direction, the IAPC hosted a contest<\/a> to solicit reviews identifying books for children and young adults in situations of war and displacement, and he was also the keynote speaker<\/a> at the 30th Anniversary Conference of the Federation of Asia-Pacific Philosophy in Schools Association.<\/p>\n
