Past clients have included the NJ Division of Youth and Family Services, the SIDS Center of NJ and Advocates for Bayonne Children.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"\/college-of-communication-and-media\/professional-development-and-guides\/internships-and-honor-societies\/\">Internships and Honor Societies<\/a><\/strong><strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0offering practical apprenticeships with network and cable stations, production houses and independent projects; as well as opportunities to collaborate with peers.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Television Production Company,<\/strong>\u00a0offering opportunity to participate in a heavy production schedule for the taping of Carpe Diem, a weekly program that airs on Comcast and Cablevision. As TPC crew members, students experience demands typical of producing a weekly TV show as professionals, assuming roles as director, talent coordinator, editor, camera operator, among others.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visiting Artists&#8217; Workshops<\/strong>, which are offered as one-credit courses in specialized areas such as &#8220;Interviewing Skills&#8221; with Steve Adubato and &#8220;News&#8221; with CBS News Director Diane Doctor.<\/li>\n<li><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/the-film-institute-at-montclair-state\/\"><strong>The Film Institute<\/strong><\/a>, which brings guest speakers to campus from the filmmaking industry.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/GlobalEd\/studyabroad\/\">University International programs<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0which provide cultural immersion in global settings that complement studies and provide content for student productions.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"\/arts\/student-services\/college-career-services\/\">College of the Arts Career Services<\/a><\/strong>, which provides help with job search, resume writing and interview preparation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alumni networking opportunities,<\/strong>\u00a0through guest lecturing and related opportunities.
