Koru is a four-class, evidence-based, program specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and meditation as a way to manage stress and reduce anxiety. Koru is open to all Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß students. Students will learn specific skills that help calm and focus your mind, including breathing exercises, guided imagery, body scan, and more! Participants must commit to all 4 live online sessions.
