If you have an idea that you think would make a difference that involves food and sustainability consider participating in a nutrition and food systems \u201cmini-pitch\u201d on February, 5th at PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies\u2019 \u201cInnovations in Food Sustainability<\/a>\u201d event! Participants can apply as a team or individually. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner, and prizes will be awarded to the three winners. This event is in collaboration with Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß\u2019s Center for Entrepreneurship. We encourage creativity, and ideas that are outside of the box (anything is possible)! There will be 3 judges from different disciplinary backgrounds including nutrition, business, and health.
