In celebration, she will be featured in a symposium on October 16 that highlights her impactful career in drug discovery and development.<\/p>\n<p>CSAM students are encouraged to attend this valuable networking event where renowned professionals from companies such as Regeneron, Novo Nordisk, and Madrigal Pharmaceuticals will be in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>This event will take place at 1:00PM in the Carolyn Hoff Lynch Lecture Hall at the University of Pennsylvania, located at 231 S. 34th Street in Philadelphia, PA. The link to RSVP can be found here.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Pietranico-Cole played a pivotal role in the discovery of Rezdiffra, the first FDA-approved treatment for MASH (fatty liver), and has made significant contributions to medicinal chemistry throughout her career.
