The Department of Earth and Environmental Studies launched the inaugural version of EAES404 Field Geology during Summer 2014. Sixteen undergraduates completed the 6-week, field-intensive course, which was team designed and taught by Drs. Matthew Gorring, Gregory Pope, Joshua Galster, and Tanya Blacic. The course venues included two weeks at MSU\u00e2\u20ac™s New Jersey School of Conservation (NJSOC) followed by one month in various locations in the Rocky Mountains of Wyoming and Montana.<\/p>\n
