King Visits Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Visiting Writers Committee is pleased to present award-winning author, photographer, poet, weaver, and speaker A.S. King.<\/p>\n<p>King was named \u201cOne of the best Young Adult writers working today\u201d by The\u00a0New York Times Book Review\u00a0and in 2022 received the Margaret A. Edwards Award for her significant and lasting contribution to YA literature.<\/p>\n<p>King is on faculty at Vermont College of Fine Arts for the Writing for Children and Young Adults MFA program and travels the country speaking about the mental health of young people and censorship.
