The field of Human Flourishing takes an integrated and holistic approach to well-being, cultivating self-awareness, interconnectedness, personal values, and purpose.<\/p>\n
Inspired by the transformative work of the\u00a0Center for Healthy Minds (CHM)<\/a>\u00a0at the University of Wisconsin, led by psychologist and neuroscientist\u00a0Richard Davidson<\/a>, human flourishing is the development of well-being through cultivating mindfulness, awareness, connection, wisdom, and purpose. Well-being is a skill that can be learned and enhanced through training and practice. The Human Flourishing series <\/a>will explore various dimensions and paradoxes of belonging within the context of Human Flourishing.<\/p>\n All of the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß community \u2013 students, faculty, and staff \u2013 are welcome to participate in the workshop.
