{"id":232,"date":"2022-12-01T15:13:05","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T20:13:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/graduate-students\/?page_id=232"},"modified":"2026-04-17T12:41:50","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T16:41:50","slug":"srctf-awards","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/graduate-students\/opportunities\/srctf-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"Student Research &amp; Conference Travel Fund Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\nThe Graduate School provides funding through the Student Research and Conference Travel Fund (SRCTF) to support graduate students who are presenting research at conferences or traveling to conduct research.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nFunding is limited and awarded on a rolling, first come, first served basis, so we encourage students to apply early.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/montclair.co1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_6G6txjP8i5lhgfc\"><strong>Access the online application form to view all requirements.<\/strong><\/a>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility and Funding Details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to graduate students in good standing<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher<\/li>\n<li>Doctoral students must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher<\/li>\n<li>You must be the presenting author at the conference, or traveling to conduct research for your thesis, dissertation, or capstone<\/li>\n<li>Reimbursement of up to $300<\/li>\n<li>Students may receive this award up to three times during their graduate career<\/li>\n<li>Students may receive the award no more than once per semester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important Dates<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Application deadline for 2025\u20132026:<\/strong> May 26, 2026<\/li>\n<li>Upcoming travel must take place on or before June 30, 2026<\/li>\n<li>Previous travel must have taken place on or after July 1, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Please Note<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Incomplete applications will not be reviewed<\/li>\n<li>This award provides partial support and may not cover the full cost of travel<\/li>\n<li>Students should plan accordingly, as they may not receive the full amount needed for travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nQuestions?
