Eligibility varies based on employment status:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temporary Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must hold a <em>civil service<\/em> title<\/li>\n<li>Work less than 35 hours per week<\/li>\n<li>Earn a minimum annual salary of $5,000<\/li>\n<li>Eligible for DCRP after one year of employment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Permanent Part-Time Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must hold a <em>civil service<\/em> title<\/li>\n<li>Work less than 35 hours per week<\/li>\n<li>Earn a minimum annual salary of $5,000<\/li>\n<li>Eligible for DCRP as of the date of hire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All Full-Time Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be enrolled in PERS or PFRS<\/li>\n<li>Annual salary must exceed the IRS maximum pensionable compensation limit<\/li>\n<li>DCRP enrollment is option.
