Instructors can click on the student\u2019s name on their <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/montclair.edu\/navigate\/training\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Navigate<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> class roster, then \u201cIssue an Alert\u201d at the right of the student\u2019s profile page. Advisors will receive an email notification (new!), review the alert, conduct outreach, and assist the student with identifying a plan of action.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Navigate helps a student\u2019s support network stay connected! New this term are \u201ccases,\u201d which connect instructors and tutors from the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/center-for-academic-success-and-tutoring\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Center for Academic Success and Tutoring <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in support of individual students. When an instructor raises the \u201cTutoring Needed\u201d alert, a case is opened and a tutor is assigned to reach out to the student for an appointment.
