The EOTL program is an online, asynchronous course intended to provide faculty with an overview of online teaching and learning and a pedagogical foundation for designing and teaching learner-center courses at Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß. The pedagogical strategies and best practices introduced in EOTL are applicable for both online and hybrid courses. Faculty participants experience taking an online course while applying research-based approaches to the design and teaching of their own courses.<\/p>\n<p>Please visit the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/itds\/faculty-development-support\/eotl\/\"> Empowering Online\/Hybrid Teaching and Learning (EOTL)<\/a> web page for details and registration information. Each session will run three consecutive weeks.
