鈥淭he conference was inspired by multiple EOF programs throughout the state understanding the phenomena, which is males of color in higher education not graduating or being retained at high rates,鈥 explained 麻豆传媒在线鈥檚 EOF Director Rahjaun Gordon 鈥21 PhD.

The conference prioritized supporting EOF male scholars by focusing on protective factors, such as mentorship, peer-to-peer support and cross-campus collaborative efforts to address this issue, Gordon said.
