I have over 28 years of experience working in Academic and Student Affairs. My areas of expertise include Residence Life, Student Programming, Student Conduct, New Student Orientation, Academic Advising, Mentoring, Admissions, Student Engagement, and Graduate Student Relations. I passionately advocate for students and their success in and outside of the classroom. I am an expert in servant leadership and enjoy aiding in the training and development of future educators.
I advise students in the initial Post-Baccalaureate, MAT, and MAT/TSD certification for P3, K6, and P12 traditional route programs. I manage the Graduate Assistant placements and supervise GAs in the Department of Teaching and Learning. I support graduate advanced programs, admissions, recruitment, programming, and engagement events and activities for the Department of TLRN, as well as the University's New Student Orientation programs for first-year, transfer, and graduate students. In addition, I am an adjunct instructor.
