Students are encouraged to meet with the staff in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/international-engagement\/\">Office of International Academic Initiatives<\/a>\u00a0early to determine which program is best for them.\u00a0Students are also encouraged to meet with the Financial Aid Office Study Abroad coordinator and with their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/services\/academic-advising\/\">academic advisors<\/a> to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n<p>Students should be aware that aid disburses during the first week of classes at 麻豆传媒在线. Depending on the parameters of your chosen study abroad program, you may have to <strong>pay out of pocket at first.<\/strong> Aid will not be disbursed earlier for an individual student. If you have questions regarding receiving a refund check or the timing of the refund process, please visit Red Hawk Central.<\/p>\n<h2>Exchange Programs<\/h2>\n<p>All students are billed by 麻豆传媒在线. Eligible aid may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/financial-aid\/grants\/\">Grants<\/a> (Federal Pell and SEOG: New Jersey TAG, GSG, EOF, GUS, NJStarsII)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/financial-aid\/scholarships\/\">麻豆传媒在线 Foundation Scholarships<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/financial-aid\/loans\/\">Loans<\/a> (Stafford, Parent PLUS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Affiliated Programs<\/h2>\n<p>The student is billed by the program or another University, and <em>not<\/em> 麻豆传媒在线. These programs are not eligible for New Jersey state grants. Financial aid for these terms is limited.
