Recent grades and other indicators will be assessed.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Determined by an essay and a formal interview.<\/li>\n<li>Personal qualities: hard-working, responsible, enthusiastic and able to follow directions while working well with others<\/li>\n<li>20 hours of community service approved by the director and co-director.
