The Asian Pacific Islander Caucus provides a forum for the critical examination of the concerns and needs of AAPI people and communities within our institution. The Caucus seeks to contribute toward a campus climate that promotes cultural diversity among faculty, professionals, and staff and to advance the University’s commitment to diversity in educational programs.

Membership Information

Membership is open to faculty and staff of Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß and Bloomfield College of Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß.

For the academic year of 2025-2026, we ask members to pay a modest fee of $30. Dues support the caucus’ ability to host cultural events, invite guest speakers, sponsor other organizations/clubs and cater food for membership meetings and celebrations.

Spring 2026 Meetings

Meetings will be held on Zoom each month on a Friday at 10 am, unless otherwise specified. The Zoom link will be sent out to the APIC mailing list prior to the meeting date. Please email apic@montclair.edu to be added to the list. Meeting dates subject to change.

Lunar New Year Festival

• In partnership with the Office of Inclusive Excellence and Gourmet Dining Services
• Join us in celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Horse with the Asian Pacific Islander Caucus (APIC), where we will be serving a special Asian-inspired menu including dumplings, spring rolls, noodles, and more! All faculty/staff are invited, and the first 25 participants to register will enjoy complimentary admission.
